The hit game Chinese Parents that launched two years ago let gamers experience what it’s like growing up in a Chinese household with tiger parents. Now the people behind that game are back with a new concept: Play as a high school teacher trying to control your students.
Joker & Teacher is a simulation game in which you play as a head teacher responsible for managing a classroom. Achieving this requires some interesting methods, like throwing chalk at students to make them pay attention in class. But it also means helping them deal with bullies or mediating conflict if a couple breaks up in class, according to developer notes on Taptap, a popular site for game reviews.
The game comes from a new studio from the creators of Chinese Parents called Introverted Studio. Joker & Teacher already has a page on Steam, but there’s no information about pricing or availability. After it’s released on PC, it will also get mobile versions for iOS and Android.
