Oppo is set to launch its much anticipated Find X successor on Friday after this year’s Mobile World Congress was canceled due to the coronavirus. But the company is already giving us an early glimpse of the upcoming phone in a new teaser video.
As expected, the Find X2 will have a 120Hz screen, which can already be found on some gaming phones and Samsung’s latest flagship, the Galaxy S20. The higher the refresh rate, the faster the display updates the images it’s showing. Theoretically, videos and games will look smoother -- but that’s only if they also support 120Hz.
It looks like the Find X2 will also have a punch-hole selfie camera in the upper-left, along with three back cameras. This matches Oppo’s recent submission to Bluetooth SIG. A basic model carries triple rear lenses, which include 48-megapixel, 12-megapixel and 13-megapixel sensors. A more advanced model replaces the 12-megapixel sensor with a 48-megapixel one. Both models have a 6.7-inch display.
